Templates in Datalexing allow you to quickly set up collaboratives, tasks, or views that come preloaded with specific details, such as task statuses, assignees, due dates, checklists, and custom fields. These templates help teams maintain consistency, save time, and ensure that all necessary elements are included for specific processes, such as project management, task tracking, client management, or reporting. By using templates, users can easily replicate effective workflows and 
customize them to fit their unique needs.



Template as Service will help Clients to automate their process, help them collaborate in their daily work and update it and monitor their progress from a single source.

Requirements
1. Data Source:
  1. Data should be stored and shared within standalone Excel files
  2. Files should not link to any user devices or external databases.
  3. Data must be cleansed and provided in a well-structured format. meaning that shared columns do not contain errors, different values, or dates that do not follow the same format.
  4. formulas should be well defined.
  5. DataLexing team is not responsible for the data cleaning process, so any file containing poorly formatted data will not be accepted.
  6. Proper documentation should accompany the data to ensure clarity and usability.
2. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engagement:
  1. Meeting with subject matter experts is required to ensure alignment and clarity on the data and its intended use.
3. Template Restrictions:
  1. A single template must not exceed 10 tables. 1 Dashboard. 10 Charts.
4. Scope of Templates:
  1. Templates should be designed to assist with specific processes rather than entire functions. For example, instead of creating a comprehensive HR template that covers all functions, separate templates should be created for individual processes, such as hiring or employee directory management.
5. Setting Goals:
  1. The user should identify and highlight at least three primary goals they aim to achieve. provide examples for goals.
Optimizing for Efficiency and Precision

These requirements ensure a focused, efficient, and effective approach to data management and template development, aligning with the client's specific needs and processes.

Terms
1. Delivery Timeframe:
  1. Delivery time will be determined within 48 hours after receiving the required data from the client.
2. Data Cleaning Policy:
  1. DataLexing team is not responsible for the data cleaning process, so any file containing poorly formatted data will not be accepted.
3. Setting Goals:
  1. The Client must specify the goals expected to be achieved by DataLexing.
4. Understanding The Service:
  1. The client should understand the features offered by Datalexing and agree to the services provided.
5. Application Recovery Policy:
  1. Data can be recovered from Datalexing within 30 days. Datalexing will not be held responsible for any data loss resulting from misuse or user incompetence.
  2. Changing or deleting data from the client instance will be the responsibility of the client.
6. Template editing policy:
  1. Alterations to the templates will be accepted twice within a two-week period after the templates are finalized.
  2. Alterations must remain within the scope of the original data.
